The official St. Mark’s Basilica ticket price is €12.00 per person (standard) or €24.00 with terrace access; the remaining part of the price covers assistance at the meeting point, accompanied entry with a certified guide or host, access to the Venice Gallery with a dedicated VR experience, the use of an audio guide or radio system with earphones and sales costs.
A valid ID document is mandatory for security checks at the entrance to the Basilica.

This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
Your entry ticket gives you access to the ground floor of the Basilica. Entry tickets for the Pala D'Oro and St. Mark's Museum are not included
For the visit to the Basilica, proper clothing is required (no shorts or tank tops)
The ticket includes single admission to the Doge’s Palace and entrance to other museums
Royal Palace (Correr Museum) ticket is included and can be used on the same day of the Doge's Palace tour or on the following day.
The Marciana Library is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Doges’ Palace (Free deposit available inside).
Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to staff)

The ticket is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee of 100% of the ticket price will be applied. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
