For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside St. Mark’s Basilica
On some high turnout days or for reasons of force majeure (e.g. high tide or security problems) the waiting time for access to St Mark's Basilica may be longer than expected: in this case, please get in line and respect the instructions provided by the guide

No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide or in case of unplanned religious functions (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
