      • The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide (in this case it can be postponed to the later schedule/day after otherwise it will be refunded).
      • ATTENTION - Walking Tour is at 9:00 AM - The visit to the Basilica is at 10:45 AM - the gondola ride is at 3:00 PM. Please consider the gap of time between the tours.
      • Unfortunately the tour is not totally accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
      • Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothes suggested
      • It is mandatory to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time
      • For the visit of the Basilica proper clothing is required (no shorts or tank tops)
      • Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier
